Restoring Hope. Rebuilding Lives.

Safe and nurturing shared living homes for women and children seeking healing, stability, and a fresh start.

Welcome!

Hi, I’m Erica Brooks - a seasoned Multi-preneur, published Author, Faith-Driven Life Coach, single Mom of three amazing little people, & the heart behind Restored to Rise House of Hope, a mission that’s deeply personal and close to my heart.

I know firsthand the overwhelming challenges that so many single women and mothers face. Having overcome toxic adversity, abuse, chronic homelessness, instability, and extreme poverty, I understand how hard it can be to move forward without the support of family, friends, or a loving community.

It was out of these challenges that Restored to Rise House of Hope was birthed - to be a sanctuary of respite, care, & renewal - providing women and children the opportunity to rest without worry and fear for the future.

Here, we don’t just provide a place to stay; we offer hope and a pathway to a brighter future.

Through compassion, love, and the supportive network of incredible community partners like you, we are committed to creating lasting change and long-term stability for every woman and child we serve, equipping them with the tools and resources they need to do more than just survive, but to thrive.

Adana is an inspiring yoga teacher with a lot of dedication and knowledge. It helps me to bring body and mind into harmony. Highly recommended!

Garbhasana

Garbhasana relaxes the spine, neck and stretches the back muscles. In this position, the knees are supported and the forehead is placed lightly on the floor while the arms are relaxed at the sides.

Bhujangasana

The cobra is a well-known yoga exercise for the back muscles. You lie on your stomach, support your hands at chest height and slowly straighten your upper body, with your face pointing slightly upwards.

Majariasana

The cat exercise strengthens the muscle tone of the legs and arms and relieves the strain on the back and stomach. A "cat's hump" and a hollow back are formed on all fours, then arms and legs are raised diagonally.

Vrikshasana

The tree is a classic yoga balance exercise. One knee is bent, arms brought together in front of the chest. The hands are raised above the head when the stance is stable.

"And He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace. Your suffering is over.”
